The Iron Butterfly produced some of the most unique sounding music of their era, especially this line-up, and the one on Metamorphosis. This group never has gotten the credit they deserved. If you haven't heard this album, you're in for a treat if you're looking for something unique and truly creative. It is too bad this band imploded when it did, because the rest of us really missed out on what they might have brought to us.
pschedelic rock is no better than this! saw iron butterfly the same night neil armstrong walked on the moon. my favorite band of the hippie era (none of my friends understood) Ball has stood the test of time for me.
